The Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences (SNIMS) was established to advance the level of medical education and research. It derives its name from Sree Narayana Guru, an eminent social reformist and spiritual leader of India, representing the principles of ‘light through education’.

Academic Programs

The MBBS program (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) is the main stream program which aims at providing in-depth theory and practice of medicine and surgery.

MD (Doctor of Medicine) and MS (Master of Surgery) are major postgraduate studies for various branches of disciplines of medicine and surgery geared for higher studies and or medical research.

Hospital: There is an operational hospital which is attached to the institute offering different categories of health care services and serving as clinical attachment for students.
