"Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay Government Medical College & Hospital" has been established in Howrah, West Bengal, India, with the aim of delivering outstanding medical education as well as healthcare services. It is associated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences and emphasizes the training and education of health sociology.
