Midnapore Medical College was incorporated on the map of Midnapore Sadar Hospital in the West Bengal state of India by the state government in the year 2004.

By now known as Midnapore Sadar Hospital, it has progressed to being a college offering medicine. It’s affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences and recognized by Medical Council of India.

As an institute, they are offering both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in medicine and health sciences. Its almost all population of the hospital is over one million people and three hundred sixty „one hundred beds” patients are its major distinction.

Admission to this institution is through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test which began in 2002 with an intake capacity of two hundred students per year since 2019.

Midnapore Medical College is situated in the West Bengal State of India.
