Government Medical College, Karimnagar is a recently established medical institution located in Kothapalli, Telangana, India. The college was inaugurated on September 15, 2023, as part of an initiative where nine new government medical colleges were opened in a single day by the Chief Minister of Telangana. This college is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, and started its operations with the 2023-2024 batch.

The college offers a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program, which spans five years. The program has a permitted intake capacity of 100 students per batch. For admission, candidates must have completed their 12th grade with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology, and must have also passed in English. The total tuition fee for the MBBS course is INR 45,000 for the entire duration.
