The medical program spans four years, with the first two years dedicated to basic and preclinical sciences, followed by two years of clinical training. Notably, USAT introduces clinical exposure from the first semester, allowing students to gain practical experience early in their education. The university also offers the largest Healthcare Professional (HCP) to Medical Doctor (MD) bridge program in the region, catering to a diverse student body.
