The Faculty of Medicine and Allied Sciences at Rajarata University is responsible for both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in clinical medicine. The department offices and clinical services are housed in a newly constructed six-storied professorial clinical building at the Teaching Hospital Anuradhapura.
